Verified integrations and supported standards

“Verified” means the connection has been tested in a working WhiteCore setup. “Compatible standard” means WhiteCore supports the underlying interface, while the exact hardware model should still be confirmed before deployment.

Verified

IP camera platform

UniFi Protect

WhiteCore has been tested with local UniFi Protect camera streams for live Vision AI input.

Verified using RTSP camera connectivity on the same local network as the WhiteCore player.
Verified

Camera streaming protocol

RTSP IP Cameras & NVRs

Connect compatible IP cameras and network video recorders without replacing existing camera infrastructure.

The player must be able to reach the camera stream locally using a supported codec and RTSP address.
Compatible standard

Logitech & UVC USB Cameras

WhiteCore accepts standards-compliant UVC camera input, including compatible Logitech USB camera models.

Confirm the exact camera model, resolution and USB bandwidth before a multi-camera rollout.

Guided camera profiles

Select the platform. WhiteCore builds the stream address.

Customers enter the simple details shown by their NVR instead of constructing RTSP URLs manually. Documented formats still depend on compatible firmware, credentials and local network access.

How compatibility works

A clear path from device to dashboard

WhiteCore separates the management dashboard from the local player. Your content, device health and analytics remain visible centrally while playback and camera processing happen at the venue.

  1. 1

    Connect

Add a USB camera, local RTSP stream or compatible display to the WhiteCore player.

  2. 2

    Pair

Use the unique pairing code to bind the player securely to the correct customer account.

  3. 3

    Operate

Publish content, monitor devices and review analytics through the WhiteCore dashboard.
