To keep expectations clear, these are the things that fall outside the standard platform and software scope unless separately agreed.

  • Does not perform onsite installation unless separately agreed.
  • Does not handle electrical work, cabling or structural mounting.
  • Does not provide OS support for customer-owned infrastructure.
  • Does not guarantee compatibility with unsupported or modified hardware.
  • Does not store facial recognition or biometric identity data.
  • Is designed for analytics events, not individual identification.
  • Prioritizes local on-device video processing over cloud streaming.
  • Is not responsible for customer internet, network or hardware failures.
  • Does not provide 24/7 managed IT unless under an enterprise agreement.
  • Does not manage your operating system outside the platform.
  • Does not collect or sell audience identity data.

WhiteCore.AI is designed with privacy-first principles and prioritizes local, on-device video processing. It does not store facial recognition or biometric identity data, and is intended to operate in alignment with applicable privacy frameworks — including the Australian Privacy Act 1988 and similar international privacy principles.

Customers remain responsible for ensuring their venue complies with the privacy and data-protection laws that apply in their jurisdiction.

Remote Support

Remote Support Clarification

Remote assistance and desktop access are provided only when you request and authorize them. Our team never connects without your explicit permission.

Remote support is limited to WhiteCore.AI software configuration, media player setup and platform troubleshooting — it does not extend to managing your operating system or infrastructure.
